The Chamber held their annual banquet on Thursday, February 11th at the First United Methodist Church Reception Hall. A large crowd was in attendance and hilarious entertainment was provided by Tim Triplett, comedy hypnotist who has spent years entertaining clients all over America. With diplomas in advanced Stage Hypnosis, Complete Mind Therapy, Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, Tim is an experienced and knowledgeable performer. In addition to a night of fun entertainment and good fellowship, the Chamber served a delicious meal provided by Teresa’s Catering. New board members elected that night are: Lisa Keyton, Sheena Newsome, Felicia Wiley and Rusty Oxford. DVDs of the entertainment are available at the chamber office (864-7200) for a total of $16.05.

On Thursday, January 21, our local Piggly Wiggly Store hosted a Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours at Double Tree Coffee Shop. There was an abundance of good food, door prizes and conversation! Thanks, Bill Methvin and employees, for a great time!
